Ronda is located one hours drive from the Costa del Sol. Take the spectacular
road inland (A-376) from San Pedro de Alcantara just west of Marbella.
Seville is also now only 90 minutes drive and Málaga (Airport) now
little more than one hour.
If entering Ronda from the Costa del Sol, enter Plaza de España after
crossing over the Tajo (gorge). Take the very first road on the right (opposite
the Hotel Parador) called "Calle Rosario". At the end of the street
turn right again down the hill. Look out for the 8 headed fountain. Immediately
after this, turn left into the "Calle Real". A few hundred metres
further on the right hand side this street opens out to a small square. Turn
right here into "Calle Molino de Alarcon" and continue downhill.
Cross the little humped back bridge, and you will find Hotel Alavera after
the Moorish Baths on your left. Park here.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE
If you are arriving from Granada (A-367) or Sevilla (A-376) follow direction
to San Pedro de Alcántara (Costa del Sol). You will arrive a roundabout.
Follow post sign to „Barriada San Francisco‰ (a quarter of Ronda
town). Go through the new estate.
If you are coming from San Pedro de Alcántara (from the Costa del Sol,
via A-376) take first entrance (Barriada San Francisco as well). Do a U-turn
at the first petrol station and head away from Ronda (ask the petrol pump
attendant for wright way. He will be pleased to help you). You should then
take the first turning to the left and follow a
dirt track for approximately 800m to a small square in front of the Arab Baths.
Park here: the hotel is on your right.

Ronda liegt nur eine dreiviertel Stunde von der Costa del
Sol enfernt und ist über die gut ausgebaute Nationalstraße A-376
mit ihren atemberaubenden Ausblicken auf das Mittelmeer und einige weiße
Dörfer bequem zu erreichen. Sevilla und die Flughäfen von Malaga
oder Jerez sind 1,5 und Granada 2 Autostunden von Ronda entfernt.
Das Hotel Alavera de los Baños befindet sich direkt neben den Arabischen
Bädern. Fahren Sie von der „Plaza de España„ in die
Straße „Rosario„ (Einfahrt gegenüber dem Parador Hotel)
bis zu deren Ende. Biegen Sie dann rechts ab und fahren Sie hinunter bis zum
Brunnen „Ocho Caños„. Hinter dem Brunnen links über
Straße „Real„ bis zu deren Ende und dann scharf rechts (beschildert)
120 Meter hinunter zu den Arabischen Bädern. Die Parkplätze dort
sind markiert und gratis.
ALTERNATIVE ANFAHRT
Aus Richtung Granada (A-367) oder Sevilla (A-376)kommend folgen Sie bitte
die Umgehungsstrasse von Ronda in Richtung San Pedro de Alcántara (Costa
del Sol). Sie erreichen einen Kreisverkehr. Sollten Sie aus Richtung Costa
del Sol (A-376, San Pedro, Marbella) kommen, erreichen Sie diesen Kreisverkehr
direkt. Nehmen Sie die erste Ausfahrt in Richtung ≥Barriada de San Francisco„
(ein Stadtteil Rondas). Sie durchqueren ein Neubaugebiet und erreichen kurz
vor Stadteinfahrt rechts eine Tankstelle. Machen Sie auf dieser kehrt und
fahren Sie ungefähr 100 Meter zurück (der Tankwart gibt Ihnen gerne
Auskunft). Biegen Sie nach links auf eine nur teilweise befestigte Strasse
ab (beschildert). Folgen Sie diese Strasse ungefähr 800 Meter weit bis
kurz vor dem Hotel. Ein Parkplatz ist beschildert. Wir befinden uns direkt
nebenan.

Entrando desde San Pedro por la parte antigua de Ronda hay
que cruzar el Tajo por el Puente Nuevo. Primera calle a la derecha (Rosario)
hasta su final. Gire a la derecha bajando hasta la Fuente de los Ocho Caños
que se encuentra en Calle Real. Rodee la fuente y sigua hasta final de calle
Real. Aquí gire a la derecha y baje hasta los Baños Arabes,
cruzando el Puente Arabe. Alavera de los Baños se encuentra al lado
derecho de los Baños Arabes.
ACCESO ALTERNATIVO
Si vienen desde Granada (A-367) o Sevilla (A-367) SIGA LA DIRECCIÓN
HACIA San Pedro De Alcántara (Costa del Sol).Llegará a una rotonda.
Siga la indicación marcada como BARRIADA San Francisco (un barrio de
Ronda) siga hacia delante. Si viene por San Pedro De Alcántara (A-376)
TOME LA MISMA ENTRADA (BARRIADA SAN FRANCISCO). Cuando llegue a la gasolinera
de la vuelta (pregunte en la gasolinera el camino correcto, estarán
encantados de ayudarle).Deberá tomar el primer carril hacia la izquierda
y continuar durante aproximadamente 800m, hasta una pequeña plaza de
piedra, enfrente de los baños árabes. Aparque ahí. El
hotel está a su derecha.
