Ronda is located one hours drive from the Costa del Sol. Take the spectacular road inland (A-376) from San Pedro de Alcantara just west of Marbella.
Seville is also now only 90 minutes drive and Málaga (Airport) now little more than one hour.
If entering Ronda from the Costa del Sol, enter Plaza de España after crossing over the Tajo (gorge). Take the very first road on the right (opposite the Hotel Parador) called "Calle Rosario". At the end of the street turn right again down the hill. Look out for the 8 headed fountain. Immediately after this, turn left into the "Calle Real". A few hundred metres further on the right hand side this street opens out to a small square. Turn right here into "Calle Molino de Alarcon" and continue downhill. Cross the little humped back bridge, and you will find Hotel Alavera after the Moorish Baths on your left. Park here.
